The Expert's Choice in Financial Planning Software

Product FAQ

  1. How do I buy Integrate2000?

Ordering Integrate2000 is easy! Simply click on the software tab and follow the directions for purchasing with your credit card. You’ll receive e-mail within 24 business hours from our administrator giving you instructions on how to download the software right on to your computer. It’s that simple!

  2. After purchasing Integrate2000, if I don't think it will work for me, can I get a refund?

No, there are no refunds. Because Integrate2000 is Excel®-based, it can be copied and continued to be used by anyone who opens the program. Note: we are working on adding a "lock up" feature in the program, which would allow us to provide a partial rebate. Stay tuned.

  3. Do I need to be an experienced Excel® user to operate Integrate2000?

Yes, to some extent. You need to be more than a novice user of Excel®. Integrate2000 is a sophisticated Excel® program. That said, you do not need to know how to program macros, or do pivot tables. Basically you need to understand how a spreadsheet works, to be able to maneuver, use audit buttons, etc.

  4. What is the best way for me to check out Integrate2000?

Request a limited-use demo. This will allow you to work with a full working demo for up to six weeks. If you are interested in the demo, click on "Request a Demo" link on the navigation menu.

  5. Who are the programmers?

The programmers of Integrate2000 are all practicing financial planners. Gary Smith and Ann Fleming are two of the principal programmers. Integrate2000 uses programmers with different expertise to accomplish different objectives with respect to the needs of the program.

  6. What is the philosophy behind Integrate2000?

Integrate2000 was developed by and for practicing, fee-only financial planners. While Integrate2000 cannot be "shareware" for obvious reasons, PlanWare attempts to operate the company and interact with users in a way that allows the program to be responsive to users' needs. PlanWare offers an Intranet site for users to share ideas, ask "how to" questions of each other, and keep in touch with the company. PlanWare will be offering training programs to teach users how to get more out of the program. PlanWare conducts sessions with users to learn how they use the program, what they find frustrating and what new features they would like to see, in an effort to make the program as relevant as possible.
